another one bites the dust

I’m thinking that big gapping hole is explanation enough?

I’ll explain anyway ... that top tooth has literally been hanging by ... well, whatever it is teeth hang by ... forever!!  We’ve tried pulling it out {read, dad’s tried pulling it out}, but it just wouldn’t budge!

Then yesterday morning, dad’s brushing Piper’s teeth {cuz he’s obsessive like that}, and she throws up her hand to catch something and goes {through a mouthful of toothpaste} ... “my tooth.”

I didn’t put the kids to bed last night.  And Piper just walked in and informed me the tooth fairy left her nothing!  I had no idea the tooth fairy was invited for a visit last night!

Excuse me while I have a discussion with the man who did put them to bed last night ...
